When should we get in touch?
As soon as possible! The earlier you get in touch, the better able I am to plan my growing schedule around your colour scheme and preferences.

I've filled out the enquiry form, now what?
Your enquiry will come through to me (Imogen) via email. I'll take a look at your request and get back to you, I usually do this within 48 hours but it may be a bit longer if you get in touch on Fridays or during the school holidays.
I will invite you catch up with me, either over phone, zoom or in person so I'll send you a selection of dates. If your order is small or you're only after DIY buckets then I'm happy to arrange everything via email.

At what stage do we pay the booking fee?
Once we've caught up, I will put together a proposal for you which will include a provisional quote and my T&Cs. If you're happy with everything then I ask for a booking fee which will be deducted from your final invoice.

How much should I budget?
This depends entirely on the type of service you're after, if it's just DIY
